If you require a same day appointment or need urgent medical advice, you may call in the morning to be added to our triage list. A clinician will then call you back to ensure that your needs are met in the most appropriate manner. We would recommend calling as close to our line opening time of 8:30am as possible.
We are extremely proud of this service, as in a stroke it both ensures that 100% of our patients who require urgent medical advice are provided with it, and 100% who need to urgently be seen face-to-face are given an appointment on the same day.
As well as this service, we will also continue to offer routine appointments which can be booked in advance, on-line, in person at the reception desk or by telephone.
If your problem is not urgent or is a follow up, we would encourage you to book a telephone consultation to discuss with your GP.
We now also offer on-line booking and cancellation of appointments, please ask for details at reception.
Patients are free to make an appointment to see any one of the practice clinicians however, for ongoing problems, we would prefer you to book with the same clinician to ensure continuity of care.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. We now have a dedicated cancellations line to make cancelling appointments quick and easy, even outside of office hours.
You can also reply to the number given in your appointment text reminder to cancel your appointment, but please ensure we have the most up to date mobile number on our system in order for us to send it to you successfully.
