Phlebotomy Bookings
The Phlebotomy departments at East Surrey, Crawley and Horsham Hospitals are and have been for some time, overwhelmed with patients requiring a blood test on a daily basis. The current queue management is no longer able to meet the demand so it’s being replaced with a more reliable and efficient system.
You may have already been made aware that SwiftQueue, a web based appointment system is being introduced for healthcare staff and patients to make appointments for blood tests. You can access information on the SwiftQueue website https://www.swiftqueue.com/
Appointments will be available online on the SwiftQueue website from 08.00 on 3rd March 2025. Patients will be able to book on their mobile phones or other mobile devices. There will be a kiosk in each of the departments for check-in and they can also book appointments on them. Patients unable to access the online booking system can book appointments by calling the Helpdesk on 03006 134117 between Mon- Fri 8am-8pm.
Please note that patients will no longer be able to walk in from 01/04/2025. This an appointment only system.
