Child Health Information Service
The Child Health Bureau is the central administrative base for the Child Health Services across West Sussex and is located in Chichester, West Sussex. Our service is for patients who live in West Sussex, have a GP in West Sussex or go to School in West Sussex. We hold a record of all children between the ages of 0-19, which includes immunisation, pre-school and school health reviews and assessments. We work closely with Health Visiting, School Nursing, Children’s Services and GP Practices.
